"The revised Certificate in Hospitality Skills – Level 1 represents a new departure in vocational training in tourism in Jordan. The program has been developed following a significant review of industry and trainee needs, and the program content and format will help trainees to practically apply specified knowledge and skills in food production, food and beverage service, housekeeping and associated hospitality and communication skills. The ‘Practical Training in Industry’ component of the new program is designed to help trainees reach an appropriate level of competence to enable them to operate effectively at an operative level within the industry."
