During the 10th Program Steering Committee (PSC) Meeting of the Pre-Service Teacher Education (PSTE) Higher Diploma Program the President of the Civil Service Bureau, HE. Mr. Sameh Al-Nasser increased the competitive points granted to all graduates of the PSTE Higher Diploma Program from three to five.
