The Services Group (TSG) was contracted by the United States
Agency for International Development (USAID), under the fouryear
AMIR Program, to examine the internal operations and
procedures of the Investment Promotion Corporation of Jordan
(IPC) and to analyze and make recommendations on the
Investment Promotion Law, By-laws and Regulations that govern
the IPC’s operations. TSG was assisted in this project by the law
firm of Nabulsi & Associates in Amman, Jordan.
