The purpose of this memo is to document the initial visit to Jordan (April 6 -10, 1999) of
Cathryn Goddard, from the Coverdale Organization, to meet with the AMIR team, and specifically the
IPC team. Dr. Goddard had facilitated the workshop to launch the AMIR project initially. She has
extensive experience in organizational development for USAID as well as commercial clients. In
addition, she speaks Arabic and lives in Cairo
