BPO industry has the potential to be a significant driver of economic growth, foreign direct
investment and thousands of quality jobs for Jordanians. Jordanian stakeholders must focus
on developing clear competitive differentiators with respect to other regional players, both by
focusing on clear market niches and positioning Jordan as a credible option in the market
