The Quality Service Improvement Program (QSIP) is a program of the Jordan Local Governance Development Program (LGDP), funded by USAID and managed by ARD, Inc. LGDP is chartered to assist in strengthening nine municipalities, three of which are participating in the QSIP.
QSIP is an innovative local government approach to improving the level of quality service to citizens and customers. It is a focused, concentrated campaign to improve how municipal staff relate to their customers.
