Flexible working models to foster women access to labor market  

During 2016 and early 2017, the USAID-funded JCAP Activity and its counterpart, the Higher Population Council (HPC), identified part-time work, working from home, and shifted schedule options as potential mechanisms for increasing women participation in the workforce. JCAP has built on the efforts of the USAID-funded Work Force Development Activity, which had initiated the flexible working models policy development process, to provide advocacy and policy expertise and coordinate with HPC and Ministry of Labour’s (MOL) the drafting of Flexible Working Models bylaws
