JAFPP Quality of Care Needs Assessment  

As part of the larger overall effort to increase the utilization of its family planning (FP) services,
JAFPP leaders are focusing on improving both demand for, and the quality of FP and
reproductive health (RH) services. Taking a holistic approach to quality improvement, JAFPP,
with support from the Ta’ziz project, is examining the clinical quality of service delivery, as well
as client perception of quality. This report summarizes two primary needs-assessment efforts: a
clinic-by-clinic survey of factors needed for good quality of care, as well as compilation and
review of existing data on client satisfaction with services
