The purpose of this Mission Order is to provide Mission guidelines, procedures and recommendations related to evaluation of development objectives, projects and activities/implementing mechanisms. This document was a part of the training material for the third session of the USAID/Jordan MESP- Performance Monitoring Workshop conducted by the Monitoring and Evaluation Support Project (MESP) in May 2015.
