The e-filling Disclosure Project will provide Jordan Securities Commission (hereinafter
referred to as “JSC”) with a comprehensive solution to handle its ongoing processes and
transactions. The developed system will enhance the JSC Disclosure framework by
automating the current physical disclosure process for material events, financial statement
and other disclosures required of public companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange
(ASE). The automation of the disclosure process will also enhance the timeliness and
dissemination of disclosure information to the investment community, improving the
transparency and visibility of Jordan's ASE listed public companies.
