This Methodological Guide is structured in three sections, four case studies and three annexes. Furthermore a CD ROM has been prepared and this is included with this publication. The Guide has been designed to be used as a reference tool which can address specific needs arising at different stages of the project cycle, as it refers to electoral assistance.
