The utilization of the Teacher Demand and Supply Model built by the Pre-Service Teacher Education in Jordan activity in partnership with the UNESCO and its implementing partners, Community System Foundation, and the Queen Rania Center for Technology, will steer the MoE’s teacher recruitment efforts towards motivated young men and women either seeking to enter or remain in the profession.
