the National Agricultural Strategy identified weaknesses in the agricultural
sector. One of the major weaknesses was the lack of training. Our goal was to recognize the
areas of training that can have the greatest impact on the productivity of the sector resulting
in an increase of quality exports hence, increasing the productivity of the farmers and the
agricultural sector.
