As a result of the meetings between SABEQ and the Board Members of the Association,
SABEQ agreed to work on strengthening the Association through a capacity building
assignment that would enable the Association to play their desired role in the economic
development of Ajlun. This assignment aimed at building the leadership role of the Board
Members through enhancing their organizational structure and improving their business
planning skills
