The Development Zone Commission of Jordan (DZC) is the responsible entity for releasing
public land to those entities interested in entering the Development Zone Program as Master
Developers. It is also responsible for assigning the Development Zone regime to those
entities who own their land and wish to enter the program as Master Developers of said
lands.
The main objective of the DZC is to create an environment that actively contributes to
attracting, developing and promoting targeted economic sectors. To accomplish the latter,
the DZC will provide Master Developers and end users of Development Zones with the best
services that add value to their business through the implementation of a private sector led
development model under a Public Private Partnership framework.
